Win Burke, President & CEO

Win is a serial high tech entrepreneur whose experience includes six early-stage companies - Bungee Labs (Co-Founder & CEO); ViryaNet (CEO, successful IPO); ViewSoft (SVP of Sales & Marketing, sold to Citrix); ObjectLink (Founder and CEO, sold to SunSoft); and Oberon Software (SVP of Sales & Marketing, sold to OnDisplay). He is also experienced in larger company operations, having held senior executive sales and marketing positions at Orbotech, Gentia Software and Applix. Following his training as an EE/Computer Scientist at MIT, Win began his career as a software engineer at MIT Draper Labs, MIT Lincoln Labs and Data General. He moved into product management, product marketing and sales at Prime Computer, Apollo Computer and Wang Labs. His grocery retail experience includes providing operations software systems to retail chains such as Kroger and Publix, as well as marketing services firms such as News America Marketing.  Win is a PSIA certified part-time ski instructor at Loon Mountain in New Hampshire.  win.burke@incentivetargeting.com

Ben Sprecher, Founder & VP of Marketing

Ben has worked in a variety of management and business roles in the software and financial services industries. Before founding Incentive Targeting, he served as Director of Product Management at HealthEdge, where he drove the development of the company's award-winning health care claims processing software. As a founding employee and a member of the senior management team, Ben helped develop pricing, sales, and marketing strategy, as well as financial models and sales compensation plans. He has also demoed and presented extensively to top-level executives, investors, industry analysts, and the press. Prior to joining HealthEdge, Ben held multiple roles at deNovis, the company from which HealthEdge acquired its IP. As a Senior Analyst in Professional Services, Ben drove the highly successful configuration effort for a Medicare proof-of-concept project. As Program Manager, he led a newly-formed, cross-functional development team in building the new configuration system. As a Business Analyst, he helped design a number of core product technologies and was co-inventor on the company's main patents. Before joining deNovis, Ben worked at Salomon Smith Barney in the Derivatives Capital Markets group as a strategic risk advisor to Fortune 500 clients.  ben.sprecher@incentivetargeting.com

Joshua Herzig-Marx, Founder & VP of Products and Services

Josh brings a broad and varied professional background in enterprise software, international development, and non-profit administration to Incentive Targeting. He founded the company while completing his MBA at the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, the nation's #1 program in Entrepreneurship. At Babson, Josh was a Babson Fellow and Graduate Assistant to Professor Thomas Davenport, and he served as Technology Director for the Graduate Student Council. Prior to Babson, Josh served as Client Manager at SunGard iWorks where he managed the relationship with the company's largest customer, Old Mutual, in South Africa. Josh came to SunGard from Navimedix, a leading provider of software for connecting physician offices and hospitals with their health care payers. Josh was the principal Solution Designer for their largest account, and he drove implementation projects and development work using a rapid development methodology. Before joining Navimedix, he was a Senior Business Analyst at deNovis where he was lead analyst deploying the company's health care claims processing software to Tufts Health Plan. Prior to deNovis, Josh held positions as an Assistant Project Administrator at Chemonics International, where he managed a multi-million dollar USAID project in Egypt, and as Assistant to the Director of The National Commons, a Washington, D.C. based non-profit.  joshua.herzig-marx@incentivetargeting.com

Jack Connors, VP of Sales

Jack specializes in putting software companies that sell in the CPG / Retail sector on the map. As VP of Retail Sales at Syncra Systems (acquired by Retek, then Oracle), Jack helped retailers avoid out-of-stocks through collaboration on promotions with suppliers.  As VP / GM of GetConnected’s Retail / Telecom business, Jack helped merchants create new revenue streams through the sale of internet, TV, and wireless services.   While VP of Sales of ViryaNet, Jack helped introduce enterprise operations software utilizing mobile platforms to grocery retail chains such as Kroger and Publix as well as grocery retail marketing services firms such as News America Marketing.  As president of Azigo, Jack helped loyalty providers increase customer utilization of member loyalty benefits.  jack.connors@incentivetargeting.com

Chuck Grindel, VP of Engineering

As Vice President of Engineering, Charles Grindel is responsible for all engineering activities related to product development and operations. He has over 12 years of experience developing scalable, web-based products for the health care, manufacturing and office productivity industries.  Prior to joining Incentive Targeting, Grindel helped several start up organizations develop and launch new products to the marketplace.  At ProVentive, he served as the Director, Product Development, where he implemented, an intervention triage and member visualization web application.  He also established and led the development team for SupplierSource, a SolidWorks initiative focused on aiding the evaluation and communication with custom manufacturers.  At NaviNet (formerly NaviMedix), he helped implement and launch a ground-breaking, web-based connectivity platform for the health care industry.  Prior to joining NaviNet, Grindel helped design and implement much of the infrastructure for Lotus' eSuite application suite culminating in the awarding of a patent for the InfoCenter, a menu and dialog user interface for Java applets.  Grindel is a Certified Scrum Master.  He holds a master of science degree from Boston University and a bachelor of science degree from Villanova University.  charles.grindel@incentivetargeting.com

Nick Petinnella, Consulting CFO

Nick is a senior financial executive with over 25 years experience as CFO in financial management, reporting, processes, and controls.  Nick has participated in multiple financings in the form of public equity, private debt and equity, and an LBO; negotiated and managed the purchase, sale and divestiture of several companies, and been through the IPO process twice managing the financial affairs of a publicly owned company.  Nick serves as consulting CFO of AWare Technologies a company that provides technology-based solutions and services to promote fitness and wellness.  Nick has served as consulting CFO of Lilliputian Systems, Inc., a development stage company utilizing breakthrough miniature Fuel Cell on a Chip™ technology to power mobile electronic devices.  Nick also serves as consulting CFO of Harmony Line, Inc. a computer-based software and services company that enables users to compose music, and consulting CFO of VehicleSense, Inc., a wireless sensor-based parking and vehicle information services company.  Nick served as CFO of IronBridge Networks, Inc., a terabit router development company, and CFO of Intermetrics/AverStar, Inc. a $200 million software development and software services company acquired by The Titan Corporation.  Nick began his career as a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand, now PricewaterhouseCoopers.  Nick received his MBA from Babson College and BS in Accounting from Bentley University.  Nick also completed the programs of Corporate Financial Management at Harvard Business School and Executive Financial Management at Stanford University.  nick.pettinella@incentivetargeting.com
