Win Burke, President & CEO

Win is a serial high tech entrepreneur whose experience includes six early-stage companies - Bungee Labs (Co-Founder & CEO); ViryaNet (CEO, successful IPO); ViewSoft (SVP of Sales & Marketing, sold to Citrix); ObjectLink (Founder and CEO, sold to SunSoft); and Oberon Software (SVP of Sales & Marketing, sold to OnDisplay). He is also experienced in larger company operations, having held senior executive sales and marketing positions at Orbotech, Gentia Software and Applix. Following his training as an EE/Computer Scientist at MIT, Win began his career as a software engineer at MIT Draper Labs, MIT Lincoln Labs and Data General. He moved into product management, product marketing and sales at Prime Computer, Apollo Computer and Wang Labs. His grocery retail experience includes providing operations software systems to retail chains such as Kroger and Publix, as well as marketing services firms such as News America Marketing. Win is a PSIA certified part-time ski instructor at Loon Mountain in New Hampshire.

Ben Sprecher, Founder & VP of Marketing

Ben has worked in a variety of management and business roles in the software and financial services industries. Before founding Incentive Targeting, he served as Director of Product Management at HealthEdge, where he drove the development of the company's award-winning health care claims processing software. As a founding employee and a member of the senior management team, Ben helped develop pricing, sales, and marketing strategy, as well as financial models and sales compensation plans. He has also demoed and presented extensively to top-level executives, investors, industry analysts, and the press. Prior to joining HealthEdge, Ben held multiple roles at deNovis, the company from which HealthEdge acquired its IP. As a Senior Analyst in Professional Services, Ben drove the highly successful configuration effort for a Medicare proof-of-concept project. As Program Manager, he led a newly-formed, cross-functional development team in building the new configuration system. As a Business Analyst, he helped design a number of core product technologies and was co-inventor on the company's main patents. Before joining deNovis, Ben worked at Salomon Smith Barney in the Derivatives Capital Markets group as a strategic risk advisor to Fortune 500 clients.

Bob Gervis

Robert M. Gervis is an active member of Launchpad Venture Group, a Boston-based angel investment group.  Mr. Gervis also is Managing Member and President of Epilogue, LLC, a private advisory firm he founded in April 2009. Prior to founding Epilogue, LLC, Mr. Gervis served in various senior executive positions at Fidelity Investments from July 1994 to March 2009.  Mr. Gervis’ management experience during his tenure with Fidelity Investments included serving as Chief Executive Officer of an oil and natural gas exploration and production company, Chief Operating Officer of a full-service real estate development and investment company that specialized in the acquisition, design, development and management of high-profile projects in both the United States and foreign markets, Senior Vice President responsible for Fidelity's CDO and structured credit investment division, and Managing Director of a private equity division that invested in a broad range of industries, including technology, biotechnology, real estate, oil and gas exploration and production and telecommunications. Prior to joining Fidelity Investments, Mr. Gervis was a partner at the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges. He currently also serves on the boards of directors of Georgia Gulf Corporation (NYSE: GGC), Tronox Incorporated (OTC: TROX.PK) and Aspen Aerogels, Inc.; he is a member of the advisory board for the Center for Law, Economics & Finance at George Washington University Law School; and he also serves on several Boston-area not-for-profit boards and committees.  Mr. Gervis holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and a JD from The George Washington University. Mr. Gervis also is a CFA charterholder.

David Verrill

David's professional career began as a research scientist at the Center for Blood Research in Boston focusing on the MHC of genetically engineered mice. After receiving his master's degree from Sloan, he joined MIT's Office of Corporate Relations where he spent a decade connecting industry with research at MIT. David was Manager of International Sales and Business Development at Xerox Adaptive Products. He has helped found two businesses in technology consulting and third party marketing in the financial services industry. David is a co-founder of the Hub Angel Investment Group. He was educated at Bowdoin College (AB 1983) and the MIT Sloan School of Management (SM 1987).

Jerry King

Jerry has over 30 years of experience bringing new software products and services to market, both in venture-backed and corporate environments. Most recently, as the COO at Where Inc., Jerry managed the company from start-up to profitability to acquisition by eBay, Inc. (EBAY) in 2011. Before entering the mobile space, Jerry had executive appointments as VP & GM of XML Products for Progress Software (PRGS), SVP of Channels at eXcelon Corp. (EXLN), and VP, Consulting for C-Bridge Internet Solutions (CBIS). As both a board director and operating executive for C-bridge, Jerry’s efforts to build an industry-leading Internet systems integrator resulted in a successful IPO in 1999. Jerry was also integral to the merger of C-Bridge with eXcelon in 2001 and the sale of eXcelon to Progress in 2002. Before he joined C-Bridge, Jerry held leadership positions at Sybase and Unum (UNM) and a series of advanced technology roles on Wall Street. Jerry has given expert testimony before U.S. Congress and spoken at conferences around the world. He has served as a board director or board-level advisor for several Internet and mobile start-ups and is currently a board director for The Capital Network with a focus on coaching early stage entrepreneurs. Jerry spends his free time in Maine with family and lives to hike and ski. He graduated with a BA from Tufts University and a MS from Bentley College.
