Incentive Targeting has closed a Series A-2 of equity investment of $1.3M.  As part of the transaction, convertible notes totalling $535k have converted into Series A shares, increasing the Series A equity investment to $3.1M.  The sum of the Series A and the Series A-2 totals an equity investment of $4.4M in the company to date.
